Product details

A handmade contrasting brown and black leather notebook cover for a Moleskine pocket notebook, with space for cards, receipts and a pen.

Check your notebook fit

This listing is labelled A6, but the cover is designed for a Moleskine pocket notebook. Please compare your notebook with the measurements below before ordering; an A6 label alone does not confirm a good fit.

  • Notebook dimensions: approximately 92 × 143mm, with a 14mm thickness (approximately 3.5 × 5.5 inches).
  • Closed cover: approximately 165 × 110mm (6.5 × 4.5 inches).

I can easily adapt this cover to fit your notebook. Please get in touch before ordering so we can check the measurements.

Pockets and fastening

The notebook slides into the back flap. The left-hand pocket has space for business or credit cards, cash and receipts. There is room for a pen to slide down the spine and hook over the back.

A leather strap fastens with a button stud on the front to keep the cover closed in transit.

Leather and stitching

I make each cover by hand from supple vegetable-tanned leather and hand stitch it with waxed polyester thread. The edges are bevelled, burnished and sealed with beeswax.

Natural marks and variations in colour and texture make each cover unique, so it may differ slightly from the photographs.
